This position will be filled by a highly motivated Ground Support Equipment (GSE) Custodian with a passion for developmental flight test of new and revolutionary products. You will work heavily with the program leadership and a wide spectrum of cross-departments to help build a team focused on solving hard problems and changing the industry forever. The role will be responsible for GSE management, DCMA 8210 procedural compliance, and Asset logistics for the Group 5 program, contributing valued organizational and management skills WHAT YOU’LL DO

Support equipment periodic inspection and maintenance routines in compliance manufacturers maintenance manuals Troubleshoot and repair usability issues or damaged equipment Ensure proper documentation of usage, maintenance, and repairs. Order and manage spare parts for equipment. Organize training sessions for personnel on proper equipment use and safety practices. Coordinate recalibration of test equipment calibration items. Regularly update the asset management system with status or location changes. Hazmat management including fluid sampling and analysis. Perform or coordinate modification and fabrication of support equipment (includes welding).

5+ years aircraft support equipment maintenance experience. Tool control experience. Excellent communication and teamwork abilities. Proficient with computer use (standard browser, word processing applications). Willing to be multi-capable, including basic electronics troubleshooting and repair. Strong problem-solving skills and attention to detail. Ability to rapidly change roles/responsibilities while working in a fast paced, challenging work environment.

ASE Certification L2 and A9 DCMA 8210-1 experience Welding certification Secret clearance or higher US Hourly Range $41 - $54 USD The salary range for this role is an estimate based on a wide range of compensation factors, inclusive of base salary only.
