" Job Summary-   We are seeking a Data Privacy Consultant to ensure compliance with global data protection and privacy regulations. The consultant will advise on privacy frameworks, conduct assessments, and implement best practices to safeguard personal data across the organization.

Conduct privacy gap assessments and compliance reviews against GDPR, DPDPA, CCPA/CPRA, and other applicable laws.  Interpret and apply relevant data protection laws and regulations to guide organizational compliance strategies.  Develop and implement privacy policies, procedures, and governance frameworks.  Perform third-party privacy assessments to evaluate vendor compliance.  Create data flow diagrams to track personal data across systems.  Prepare Records of Processing Activities (RoPA) in line with regulatory requirements.  Support Data Protection Impact Assessments (DPIAs) and Privacy Impact Assessments (PIAs).  Provide training and awareness sessions on data privacy and compliance.  Design, evaluate, and advise on technical privacy safeguards such as encryption, pseudonymization, access control, and other privacy-enhancing technologies to ensure compliance with global data protection regulations.  Review contracts and data processing agreements to ensure alignment with privacy and regulatory obligations.  Mandatory skill sets:     Bachelor’s degree in law, Engineering, Information Security, Computer Science, or
