About this role
As a Technical Support Professional, you will provide technical support for LenelS2 OnGuard Access Control systems by diagnosing, troubleshooting, and resolving customer issues in enterprise environments. Work closely with customers, partners, and internal teams to ensure timely issue resolution and high customer satisfaction. This is a hybrid working schedule (2 days from home and 3 days from the office).
