About this role What team will you be on? The Treasury Liquidity Management team in Dallas manages liquidity activity across our private markets fund administration platform. The team partners with Fund Accounting, Tax, Investor Services, Business Integrity, Payments and regional teams to deliver accurate, timely and well-controlled outcomes for clients. Why is your role important? You will provide a critical review and approval layer for daily liquidity monitoring, investor capital activity, credit facility administration and cash payments. Your work will help funds meet their obligations, distribute excess proceeds promptly and maintain client confidence. You will also support system and process changes that enable the platform to scale without weakening the control environment. What will you be doing? In every role at BlackRock, you'll be expected to apply sound judgement and critical thinking to solve complex problems, adapt as the business evolves, and combine the curiosity to explore new approaches and technologies with the rigor to challenge the results. The scope of this role also includes the following responsibilities: Process, review and approve daily liquidity activity, cash positions and client cash payments, challenging assumptions and confirming appropriate action to address shortfalls or excess balances. Review Limited Partner (LP) capital calls and distributions, including working papers, accounting entries, notices and payment packs, ensuring accuracy and adherence to fund documentation and service-level agreements (SLAs). Oversee liquidity across fund structures and approve cross-currency and inter-entity transfers in partnership with Operations. Review borrowing bases, compliance certificates and lender documentation for credit facility drawdowns, rollovers and repayments, confirming covenant compliance. Identify and resolve exceptions and control issues, maintain operating procedures and control documentation, and support audit and governance requests. Oversee workflow allocation, priorities and key performance indicators, serve as an escalation point for stakeholders, and provide guidance and quality feedback to Analysts. Support change initiatives and new-client onboarding, including requirements definition, user acceptance testing, control design, automation and post-implementation review. What are we looking for? Three or more years of experience in treasury, fund operations, fund administration or a comparable financial-services control environment, including responsibility for reviewing or approving deliverables. Knowledge of private markets, including fund structures, capital activity and credit facilities. Experience with eFront or a similar accounting platform is desirable. Advanced Microsoft Excel skills, including experience with large datasets, pivot tables, SUMIFS, lookup functions, macros and advanced calculations. Familiarity with Power BI and banking portals, including preparing and reviewing wire instructions, is desirable. A strong risk and control mindset, with attention to detail, sound judgment and a disciplined approach to escalation and evidence. Effective communication and stakeholder-management skills, with experience supporting or coaching colleagues; degree-level education or equivalent professional experience.
