Senior Coordinator Logistics

Work Flexibility: Onsite Schedule: 1st shift, Monday to Friday 8am - 4pm Overtime based on business needs What you will do - Perform inventory reconciliation within the Mako-Stryker ERP system and third-party logistics (3PL) locations. Reconcile inventory transactions, including shipments and receipts, to ensure accuracy and control throughout the supply chain. Support and expedite commercial inventory requests to ensure timely fulfillment and customer satisfaction. Prepare cycle count variance reports and communicate findings to leadership. Investigate inventory discrepancies by comparing system records to physical inventory counts and resolving variances. Review, maintain, and update inventory SOPs and work instructions as needed. Provide support outside of standard business hours to meet business and workload demands. Perform other duties as assigned. What you need - Required 3+ years of experience High School diploma or equivalent Valid driver’s license and good driving record Demonstrated knowledge of inventory tracking and counting mechanism principles Demonstrated customer service skills, including meeting quality standards for services Demonstrated proficiency in MS Outlook, Excel, Word and Access, ERP systems (including data analysis tools i.e. queries, pivot tables, etc.) Must have the ability to lift, push, pull and carry up to 50 lbs.
