You will work closely with various teams across FARO CREAFORM while helping maintain the integrity of our financial operations. Key responsibilities

Prepare and record journal entries while ensuring the accuracy of financial data Perform account reconciliations and investigate discrepancies when required Participate in month-end, quarter-end, and year-end closing activities Support accounts payable, accounts receivable, and general ledger processes Assist with financial statement preparation and reporting activities Analyze financial information and provide insights to support business decisions Ensure compliance with internal controls, accounting policies, and regulatory requirements Collaborate with auditors during internal and external audit processes Contribute to process improvements and accounting system optimization initiatives Work closely with cross-functional teams across FARO CREAFORM to ensure efficient financial operations

What will help you succeed at FARO CREAFORM

Bachelor's degree in Accounting, Finance, or a related field CPA designation completed or in progress is considered a strong asset Relevant experience in accounting, financial reporting, or corporate finance Strong understanding of accounting principles and financial controls Proficiency with ERP systems and Microsoft Excel Excellent analytical and problem-solving skills Strong attention to detail and organizational abilities Ability to manage multiple priorities and meet deadlines in a fast-paced environment Effective communication and teamwork skills Bilingualism in English is an asset; frequent collaboration with international colleagues and business partners may require communication in English
