Job Function: Pharmaceutical Sales Job Sub Function: Sales – Oncology/Hematology (Commission) Job Category: Professional All Job Posting Locations: Budapest, Hungary Job Description: Field Projects Manager Onco-Hematology Territory to cover.: The whole country Base location.: Budapest, Hungary Full time job Field Projects Manager (FPM) is accountable for planning and delivering the agreed business plan objectives and targets to specific accounts (hospitals) by identifying needs and opportunities, management of multiple stakeholders, promotion of brand messages, and cross functional work at account level. FPM is responsible for promotion of assigned products to HCPs (healthcare practitioners: physicians and other stakeholders and customers) in assigned territories and accounts, in compliance with ethical rules and according to the approved marketing and sales strategies. FPA is supporting with implementation of specific marketing projects, in coordination with the Brand Manager. In case of a vacancy or long-term absence of one KAM/TAA, the FPM is replacing the KAM/TAA role in that specific territory and is promoting the allocated products to the customers, in order to achieve the targets in the respective territory. The role is field based and is on commission. Essential duties and responsibilities Achieve the allocated performance targets in a specific period of time, such as: product sales, market share, coverage and frequency of visits to customers, usage of multichannel activities, brand perception indicators (e.g. IGNITE) Identifies and builds relationships with key decision makers and influencers in the assigned accounts and develops effective network at national level Supports implementation of specific marketing projects at national level, in collaboration with the brand manager; Supports the KAM/TAA in the development of key account plans and objectives based on the analysis of in order to achieve the business objectives. Is integral part of the account team; Communicate appropriately with health care practitioners, deliver relevant therapeutic information on approved products, in accordance with the approved marketing strategy Builds a professional image of the company, identifies, develops, finalizes new promotional opportunities, builds, and maintains trustful relationships with customers and collaborators. Identifies and analyzes opportunities and problems and makes proposals for appropriate improvements.  Organizes promotional events, in accordance with approved marketing strategy and respecting the compliance and ethical rules; Acts as a subject area expert and creates awareness of patient journeys, unmet needs and therapeutic area-related topics. Analyzing and drawing conclusions from reports provided by organizations regarding sales of own products and market shares. Establishing multi-channel stakeholder communication. Regularly provides input to product/sales management on strategy implementation and competitor activity Learns from new experiences.
