DMO Process Excellence Analyst

As a Data Governance Analyst II you will lead and enhance Global Business Services reporting and automation processes supporting global data quality and governance projects. You will collaborate with cross-functional teams to improve efficiency, integrate data from multiple systems, and deliver insights that drive business decisions. You will report directly to Data Governance and Process Excellence Manager.

Build, optimize, and maintain automation workflows (e.g., Power Automate, VBA, SQL), Build data quality checks and validation processes across systems, ensuring data reliability Develop dashboards and KPI reports for governance teams Partner with business and technical stakeholders to design and implement reporting solutions Document and standardize data procedures, contributing to knowledge sharing across teams Implement improvement opportunities within governance workflows Present analytical findings in team and stakeholder meetings.

2–4 years of experience in data analytics, governance, or reporting Skills in SQL, Power BI, Excel (can perform complex functions), and automation tools (Power Automate, VBA), Experience with process improvement and data validation practices Experience translating data into actionable insights Strong collaboration and communication skills in English. #LI-Onsite How we work: At PPG, we bring teams together to accelerate collaboration and career development, with in-person work Monday through Thursday and the opportunity to work remotely on Flexible Fridays.
