Cardinal Health Canada is seeking a strategic and creative Multimedia Designer to join our Integrated Marketing team in Vaughan, Ontario for an 18 month maternity replacement contract. This role is responsible for developing and executing integrated marketing campaigns that support business growth, customer engagement, sales enablement, and digital adoption. Working closely with Marketing, Sales, Product Management, and Commercial Excellence, this individual will transform business priorities into compelling customer experiences across web, email, eCommerce, social media, events, and print. The ideal candidate combines strong multimedia design capabilities with expertise in digital marketing, web content, and customer experience . They are comfortable acting as a strategic partner, recommending solutions and shaping campaigns from concept through execution and optimization, rather than simply fulfilling creative requests. Your Contribution to the Organization Partner with stakeholders to develop integrated marketing campaigns aligned to business growth priorities. Translate business objectives into effective customer-facing marketing programs, content, and creative assets. Design and optimize customer experiences across websites, landing pages, email campaigns, eCommerce, social media, and digital channels. Create multimedia content including digital, print, video, presentation, and sales enablement materials. Support category, portfolio, and solution-based marketing initiatives through compelling visual storytelling. Collaborate with Sales and Marketing teams to develop campaigns, playbooks, and customer-facing value propositions that drive engagement and growth. Analyze campaign performance and recommend enhancements to improve effectiveness and customer experience. Ensure consistent application of Cardinal Health brand standards across all customer touchpoints. This Job might be for you if: Degree or diploma in Marketing, Graphic Design, Digital Media, Communications, or a related field. 1-2 years of experience in multimedia design, digital marketing, campaign development, or a related role. Advanced proficiency in Adobe Creative Suite (InDesign, Photoshop, Illustrator, Premiere Pro, After Effects). Experience managing website content and working with CMS platforms. Working knowledge of UX/UI principles, HTML/CSS, email marketing, and digital marketing best practices. Strong communication, stakeholder management, and project management skills. Ability to balance strategic thinking with hands-on execution Experience with marketing automation, CRM, eCommerce, and analytics platforms. B2B marketing experience. Bilingualism (English/French) is an asset. Portfolio demonstrating both creative excellence and strategic campaign thinking.
