Job Description * Conduct quality checks on processed work to identify and rectify errors, promoting accuracy and compliance. * Participate in the development and implementation of process improvements to enhance operational efficiency and client experience. * Collaborate with other departments, such as compliance, technology, and client services, to resolve issues and improve cross-functional processes. * Maintain comprehensive knowledge of all Hubwise products, services, and operational procedures. * Assist with the preparation of management reports and statistical analysis of team performance. * Ensure all team members are fully compliant with relevant regulations, internal policies, and data protection guidelines. Job Qualifications:** * Bachelor's degree in Finance, Business Administration, or a related field, or equivalent practical experience. * Minimum of 3-5 years of experience in a financial services operational role, preferably within a platform or investment administration environment. * Proven experience in a team leadership or supervisory capacity. * Strong understanding of financial products, investment instruments, and regulatory requirements (e.g., FCA rules). * Excellent analytical and problem-solving skills with a keen eye for detail. * Exceptional communication skills, both written and verbal, with the ability to articulate complex information clearly. * Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite (Excel, Word, Outlook) and experience with financial services software. * Ability to work effectively under pressure, prioritize tasks, and meet tight deadlines. * Demonstrated ability to motivate and develop a team. * Strong commitment to client service excellence and operational integrity.
