Responsibilities and Impact: • Lead strategic visual communications across diverse business divisions, developing creative solutions that drive measurable business outcomes and operational efficiencies • Transform complex financial concepts into compelling visual experiences across digital, print, and experiential campaigns that resonate with global B2B audiences • Conceptualize and execute original creative campaigns from ideation to completion, managing multiple high-priority projects while maintaining exceptional quality standards • Collaborate with cross-functional teams to deliver cohesive brand experiences, effectively synthesizing stakeholder feedback and building influential relationships across the organization • Present creative concepts to senior leadership and key stakeholders, articulating strategic rationale and creative vision with confidence and clarity • Mentor junior team members while staying current with industry trends and emerging technologies to continuously elevate the team's creative capabilities What We’re Looking For: Basic Required Qualifications: • 6-8+ years of experience as an Art Director with a strong portfolio demonstrating expertise across digital, print, experiential, and video mediums • Proven B2B or financial services experience with ability to translate complex business concepts into compelling visual narratives • Proficiency in design software including Adobe Creative Suite (Photoshop, Illustrator, InDesign), design platforms such as Figma or Sketch, and familiarity with emerging AI design tools • Fluent English communication skills with ability to present creative concepts effectively to stakeholders at all levels • Ability to work hybrid schedule with minimum 2 days per week in our Buenos Aires office Additional Preferred Qualifications: • Bachelor's degree in Graphic Design, Art Direction, Visual Communications, or equivalent field with strong foundation in design principles and visual problem-solving • Advanced expertise in emerging design technologies such as AI-powered design tools (Midjourney, Adobe Firefly, or Canva AI), motion graphics software like After Effects, or 3D design platforms • Strong leadership and mentoring capabilities with experience guiding junior designers, leading creative reviews, and fostering collaborative team environments • Strategic thinking and business acumen with ability to align creative solutions with financial market trends and demonstrate ROI impact of creative initiatives • Exceptional project management skills with experience using collaboration tools such as Asana, Monday.com, or Slack, and ability to manage competing priorities in fast-paced environments We require all external candidates who reach the final stage of our interview process to attend at least one in-person interview, which is ordinarily at your nearest S&P Global office.
