You will guide a team of skilled professionals, ensuring regulatory compliance, enhancing patient outcomes, and driving innovation in nutrition services on a broad scale. Lead nutrition education, training, and credentialing programs for staff and interns, while identifying opportunities for innovative program expansion. What you’ll bring Extensive leadership experience managing large, interdisciplinary teams across multiple healthcare sites. Clinical nutrition expertise, including specialized patient care, foodservice operations, and regulatory compliance. Strategic mindset with a track record of driving business results, innovation, and effective contract management. Operational skills in budgeting, labor management, and performance evaluation for multi-site programs. Excellent interpersonal and communication skills to foster collaboration with clinical, administrative, and operational partners.

Education Requirement: Master’s degree in nutrition, dietetics, or related Bachelor’s degree is accepted if eligible for the RD exam before 1/1/24 Certification Requirement: Eligible for or currently credentialed as a Registered Dietitian Nutritionist (RDN) by the Commission on Dietetic Registration (CDR) Must obtain RDN status within 120 days of hire (if not already credentialed) State licensure/certification as required by state law at time of hire What we offer Compensation is fair and equitable, partially determined by a candidate's education level or years of relevant experience.
