We are Dover Precision Components, #LifeAtDPC   Summary:    The successful candidate, reporting to the Senior Director of Compliance, will assume an individual contributor role responsible for executing key elements of DPC’s ethics and compliance program.   Responsibilities:

Manage the creation, deployment, and continuous improvement of certain areas of DPC’s global ethics & compliance program including:

US export compliance (e.g., Export Administration Regulations, International Traffic in Arms Regulations) Jurisdiction & Classification analysis Export licensing requirements analysis Export license applications (e.g., agreements, exceptions, exemptions, licenses)

Create and deploy training and job aids to support functional stakeholders throughout the business. Assist with company risk assessments and provide project management leadership for mitigation plans. Lead and/or assist with investigations of compliance matters. Conduct self-assessments to gauge whether controls have been successfully implemented across company sites. Develop and track key performance indicators. Assist with process transition and training for newly acquired companies. Support other elements of DPC’s ethics & compliance program including:

Anti-bribery & anti-corruption (ABAC) Anti-money laundering (AML) Business ethics Customs and Border Protection (CBP) regulations Harmonized System (HS) and Harmonized Tariff Schedule (HTS) classifications Office of Foreign Assets Control (OFAC) regulations Third party due diligence

Minimum required qualifications

University degree from an accredited four-year institution 12+ years of experience in ethics and/or compliance (or related job function) Significant experience with US Jurisdiction & Classification processes Authorization to access Unclassified Naval Nuclear Propulsion Information (U-NNPI) Fluency in English and excellent communication skills.
