Learn more at https://www.jnj.com/innovative-medicine Position Description: The Product Director will shape patient and nurse marketing programs in an area of rapid scientific advancement and meaningful patient need. The Product Director will focus on optimal patient and nurse support and activation strategies, including insight generation, strategy development, content development, and tactical execution. The Product Director will work with a cross-functional team of brand partners, field sales, internal partners, and agency partners to help support DARZALEX® patients and nurses.
Key Responsibilities
Lead development and execution of patient and nurse marketing strategy for DARZALEX®, translating patient, nurse, caregiver, market, and business insights into clear priorities, integrated plans, and measurable programs. Shape the patient and nurse education, activation, and support strategy for DARZALEX®, ensuring programs address critical information needs, treatment expectations, access/support barriers, and key moments across the patient journey. Drive engagement across channels by identifying opportunities to improve the patient experience, strengthen content and media effectiveness, and connect brand-specific efforts into a more cohesive patient approach. Serve as a strategic cross-functional leader across Medical, Legal, Regulatory, Market Research and Analytics, Advocacy and Communications, Media Excellence, Field, Patient Support, agency partners, and hematology teams to build alignment, remove barriers, and deliver compliant, patient-centered solutions. Use patient and nurse insights, market research, performance analytics, and stakeholder feedback to evaluate program impact, guide investment decisions, and continuously optimize education, support, and engagement strategies. Contribute to annual brand and portfolio planning by identifying patient and nurse marketing opportunities, informing resource allocation, and helping shape the future patient and nurse experience for DARZALEX®.
Qualifications
Requirements: A minimum Bachelor’s degree is required; MBA or advanced degree in related field is helpful. A minimum of 7 years of relevant business experience, including pharmaceutical and healthcare
