About the Role
Grade Level (for internal use): 11 New Business Manager The New Business Manager is responsible for originating, developing and closing new business opportunities across Brazil and selected LATAM markets, with a strong focus on new client acquisition and expansion into white space accounts. The role drives commercial growth by positioning Energy, market and industry intelligence and AI-enabled solutions key stakeholders.
Key Responsibilities
Build and manage a robust pipeline of new business opportunities within Brazil and selected LATAM markets. Identify the full sales cycle from initial engagement through to contract signature. Engage with a broad range of stakeholders from business owners, technicians or middle management to C-level to understand business needs and position value-driven solutions. Commercialize a portfolio of data, analytics and AI-driven offerings. Collaborate cross-functionally with Product, Specialists, Industry Experts, CX, BPM and Legal Teams. Navigate complex organizational structures and align internal stakeholders to close deals. Monitor market trends and translate insights into actionable commercial opportunities. Qualifications & Experience: Proven track record in B2B new business sales within complex environments. Experience working in Energy, data, analytics, consulting or related industries. Demonstrated ability to build relationships and influence senior stakeholders. Experience working in matrix organizations and cross functional teams. Strong background in business, economics, engineering, or a related field is appreciated. Excellent commercial acumen and negotiation skills. Fluent in English, Portuguese and Spanish.
