Software QA Engineer

Define and drive the overall quality strategy for products and releases. Lead test planning, risk assessment, and quality assurance initiatives across multiple projects. Establish and promote QA standards, best practices, and scalable testing processes. Drive test automation strategy and continuous improvement efforts. Analyze complex product issues, perform root cause analysis, and recommend corrective actions. Collaborate with Engineering, Product Management, and Support teams to ensure high-quality deliverables. Monitor quality metrics and provide data-driven recommendations to improve product quality. Mentor and coach QA engineers, fostering technical growth and quality ownership. Influence product and engineering decisions through quality-focused leadership. Champion innovation by evaluating and implementing new tools, technologies, and AI-driven QA solutions. Support release readiness reviews and provide quality-related go/no-go recommendations. Lead cross-functional initiatives that improve efficiency, reliability, and customer satisfaction.     Qualifications ·          Advanced knowledge of networking TCP/IP protocols   ·        Minimum of 4 years of relevant professional experience. ·         Strong scripting and automation skills, with Python preferred. ·         Solid Linux operating system knowledge and troubleshooting skills. ·         Experience with automation frameworks and automated testing systems. ·         Familiarity with AI-powered development, testing, and debugging tools. ·         Ability to leverage AI technologies to improve test automation, failure analysis, root-cause investigation, and QA productivity. ·         Experience working in an Agile development environment. ·         Strong debugging and troubleshooting skills. ·         Working knowledge of tools and technologies such as Wireshark, Git, Jenkins, automation test harnesses, and AI-assisted engineering tools. ·         Good communication skills and the ability to collaborate effectively with QA, Development, Support teams, and customers. ·         Open to mentoring and providing technical guidance to junior team members.         Careers Privacy Statement ***Keysight is an Equal Opportunity Employer.***
