This role plays a key part in maintaining inventory flow by pulling replenishment product, operating powered equipment, supporting inventory accuracy, and helping ensure safe and efficient warehouse operations. Position
Summary The Chaser supports distribution operations by pulling replenishment inventory, maintaining product flow, monitoring inventory levels, and assisting with safe warehouse operations. This role helps ensure products are available where needed to support productivity, efficiency, and accurate customer order fulfillment. Primary Job Duties & Responsibilities • Conduct pulling of replenishment inventory by utilizing and operating powered warehouse equipment. • Build pallets of product for stocking activities while maintaining productivity and accuracy standards. • Load and unload pallets using forklifts and other material-handling equipment in a safe and efficient manner. • Assist with overseeing incoming materials, supplies, equipment, and shipments to support daily distribution operations. • Inspect warehouse equipment and machinery to identify and report unsafe conditions for accident prevention. • Follow established safety procedures and standard operating practices to ensure regulatory compliance. • Communicate with warehouse teams and supporting departments to help ensure timely and accurate customer order fulfillment. • Monitor inventory levels and assist with stock transfers to support operational needs and product availability. • Observe warehouse conditions and support continuous improvement efforts by identifying opportunities for increased efficiency and productivity. • Collect operational data and support process improvement initiatives to help optimize distribution performance. Qualifications • Strong attention to detail and organizational skills. • Basic problem-solving and decision-making abilities. • Ability to safely operate forklifts and material-handling equipment (training provided if needed). • Ability to work independently and collaboratively in a fast-paced warehouse environment. • Strong commitment to workplace safety and operational excellence. • 0–1 year of relevant warehouse, distribution, logistics, or related experience preferred. Education • High school diploma or equivalent required.
