You will
Use Client Relationship Management and Communication skills to build trust, uncover client goals, and deliver personalized planning guidance. Apply Analytical Thinking and financial planning expertise to develop equity compensation strategies and actionable recommendations. Leverage Consultative Communications to simplify complex equity compensation concepts and help clients make informed decisions. Partner across Schwab using Cross-Functional Collaboration and Partnership Development skills to deliver integrated planning solutions. Demonstrate strong Organization , Time Management , and Attention to Detail while managing multiple client relationships and planning priorities.
What you have Required Qualifications
CFP® certification Active FINRA Series 7 and Series 63/65 or 66 licenses Bachelor’s degree 5+ years of financial services experience Demonstrated success applying Client Relationship Management , Analytical Thinking , Consultative Communications , Cross-Functional Collaboration , and Time Management skills to drive positive client outcomes.
Preferred Qualifications
Insurance licensing 3+ years of equity compensation planning experience Experience with stock options, RSUs, stock awards, and stock appreciation rights Entrepreneurial Orientation and a proactive, client-focused mindset Experience leveraging technology and data to enhance planning outcomes and client experiences
