Responsible for designing, customizing, and maintaining the SugarCRM platform to meet specific business needs, utilizing strong PHP, MySQL , and JavaScript skills. Advises and implementing banking customer relationship management (SugarCRM) solutions which will include in depth functional & technical expertise in Customer360, Accounts, Services Request, Lead & Campaign Management, Reporting functions, administrative functions, dashboards, data migration etc. Should be able to independently manage requirements, application selection, modernization priorities, design and approach, application integration, testing, deployment and application support. Required Skills and Experience 5 to 10 years in banking industry implementing / modernizing banking applications and support services exclusively in SugarCRM Experience in working in large banking implementations and/or application support services for Indian clients. Troubleshoot and resolve bugs and issues related to the CRM system, ensuring optimal performance and providing operational support for production applications. Experience in integrating SugarCRM with customer onboarding systems, Lending, Internet Banking, Mobile Banking, Payments, CBS , APIs (REST/SOAP) etc. Knowledge in banking domain, especially for India specific requirements. Techno-functional knowledge of industry standard banking applications Strong Technical expertise in PHP8.x, Elastic Search, Oracle, Java Script, Linux, TIBCO, API Gateway, Data migration etc Familiarity with web fundamentals like HTML, CSS, AJAX, and exposure to JavaScript frameworks Strong technical acumen & deep working knowledge of Agile Methods, Service Architecture, and enterprise Cloud Integration Strong ability to influence, collaborate and build relationships with key stakeholders, vendors, and cross-functional teams Excellent analytical and logical skills to solve complex problems and debug code effectively Being You The “Kyn” in Kyndryl means kinship, which represents the strong bonds we have with
