Prime Video is seeking a highly intelligent and experienced communications professional to drive Brand and Corporate Communications across our Asia-Pacific region. This role spans some of our most dynamic and diverse markets — India, Japan, South East Asia, and Australia-New Zealand — and is central to how we build, protect, and evolve our corporate narrative across the region. As a Brand & Corporate Communications Specialist for APAC, you will imagine, co-develop, and execute communications programs and campaigns designed to strengthen our brand positioning and corporate reputation. You will be relied upon as an advisor to business leaders and international communications colleagues, supporting global campaigns while taking into consideration cultural nuances for impactful regional media strategies. You will report directly into the Head of Communications, APAC. The successful candidate must have extraordinary high judgment, excellent communications skills, exemplary writing ability, exceptional initiative, strong project management skills, and a talent for effectively managing projects across international teams with complex communication challenges. The candidate should have experience working with high standards under tight deadlines, be flexible enough to manage ambiguity as priorities change, and possess the ability to operate independently at pace. Key job responsibilities Key Responsibilities Narrative Development & Brand Communications • Co-develop and implement brand and corporate communications strategies, messaging frameworks, and narrative platforms that resonate locally in India, Japan, South East Asia, and Australia-New Zealand — in close partnership with the Country Comms Leads • Craft compelling storylines, thought leadership content, and executive communications that reinforce our strategic positioning and brand identity • Ensure consistency of company-wide communication while adapting for cultural nuance and local relevance across diverse APAC markets • Share worldwide best practices and support impactful regional media strategies Corporate Communications & Campaigns • Co-develop and execute integrated communications campaigns around corporate milestones, announcements, partnerships, and strategic initiatives across the region • Co-develop and implement concepts for events, media moments, and stakeholder engagements that amplify our brand narrative • Conduct proactive and reactive media relations across priority APAC markets • Provide strategic recommendations to business stakeholders on communications opportunities and risks Stakeholder & Cross-Functional Collaboration • Work with stakeholders across regions and functions including business, marketing, public policy, social media, and external PR agencies • Close cooperation with fellow communications associates across markets as well as global/international communications colleagues • Build and maintain strong relationships with relevant media across the region • Manage external public relations agencies on several matters across multiple markets Regional Expertise & Intelligence • Keep current on trends, issues, and news about both the business and consumer worlds relevant to our brand and industry across APAC • Identify emerging cultural moments, market-specific opportunities, and regional trends to insert the brand into relevant conversations • Serve as communications subject matter expert for APAC brand and corporate narrative, providing counsel on reputational matters • Track and report on communications impact, media coverage, and brand sentiment across the region
