Our underlying benefits philosophy is this: be fair to our people and provide opportunities for those who take advantage of our programs and resources to increase their personal and financial security. maintains and repairs HVAC equipment; tanks, pumps, timers, valves, and controls maintains and repairs air handlers and related equipment; air supply, return, motors, fans, and vents maintains, and repairs chilled water-related equipment and condensers; water pumps, valves, regulators, and chemicals Safely troubleshoot and repair all types of HVAC manufacturing and plant equipment Demonstrate the initiative to investigate and offer improvements to operations Work safely and follow all established plant safety policies and procedures Communicate appropriately with all site management employees Service, clean, inspect and repair equipment periodically following established PMs Safely operate mobile equipment such as fork trucks, carts, trucks, lifts, boom lifts, etc. Create notifications and follow up on needed repairs and order required parts Utilize problem-solving techniques in interacting with other employees in resolving issues Input data into Carrier’s TMS work order and asset management system Knowledge of HVAC or refrigeration tools, equipment, and materials common to the trade Knowledge of repair, maintenance, and installation techniques Abiding by HVAC trade codes, standards, and regulations Reading and understanding schematics Has a SO2 or SO1 certificate Location: On-site –Quezon, Philippines If this job description resonates with you, we encourage you to apply even if you don’t meet all of the requirements.  We’re interested in getting to know you and what you bring to the table!
