As a Talent Acquisition Specialist, you will focus on attracting and selecting top talent to join the organization, playing a crucial role in identifying and hiring individuals who align with PwC's values and contribute to its success. As a Specialist, you will provide specialized advice, handle technical tasks, and conduct in-depth analyses to support specific projects. You will be expected to adapt to a fast-paced environment, take ownership of your work, and consistently deliver quality results that drive value and contribute to the team's success. In this role at PwC Acceleration Center Buenos Aires, you will collaborate with subject matter specialists and project teams to strategize effective ways to locate, assess, educate, and train employees, in line with market developments and firm strategy. Within our Internal Firm Services practice, you will focus on finding, deploying, training, and enabling talent through talent identification and enhancing employee skills and knowledge, fostering a culture of continuous learning and professional growth. Responsibilities - Creating and posting job advertisements based on information provided by the business. - Participating in intake meetings with hiring teams. - Reviewing HireVue recorded interviews and evaluating candidates as part of the recruitment process. - Coordinating and scheduling candidate interviews. - Providing operational and administrative support throughout the recruitment process. - Engaging in candidate sourcing through various channels, including job boards and social media - Coordinating and scheduling interviews to facilitate a smooth recruitment process - Collaborating with hiring managers to understand role requirements and candidate profiles What You Must Have - At least a High School Diploma or the equivalent degree - At least 1 years of experience in Human Resources preferably in a professional services firm - Oral and written proficiency in English required - French language skills are preferred What Sets You Apart - Excelling in stakeholder engagement and management - Ensuring correct Information Security Management practices All qualified applicants will receive consideration for employment at PwC without regard to ethnicity; creed; color; religion; national origin; age; disability; neurodiversity; sexual orientation; gender identity or expression; marital status; or any other status protected by law.
