Retail Bank Marketing Technology sits at the core of Capital One’s Bank business where complex, enterprise data infrastructure powers how we bring the iconic Capital One brand to life. We are seeking a Senior Manager, Product Management to own the automation strategy for our processes and controls. You will directly lead a high-performing, product-minded data analysts, owning the vision and execution of how we instill an automation-first mindset in how we launch marketing campaigns for Capital One. Your mission is to transform our processes into an AI-first engine that enables us to ship marketing at a rapid pace. This is a unique opportunity to enhance the core of the engine that powers our growth and directly impacts the bottom line by significantly increasing the throughput of marketing while reducing errors associated with existing manual processes. In this role, you will be responsible for the entire automation product lifecycle, from defining the strategic roadmap and gathering stakeholder requirements to overseeing the development and maintenance of re-imagined processes and controls.
