Job Summary The Maintenance Lead is responsible for maintenance strategy execution, equipment reliability, breakdown elimination, and capability-building activities to maximize equipment performance and minimize downtime.

Key Responsibilities •    Lead preventive, predictive, and corrective maintenance activities. •    Own maintenance planning, scheduling, and breakdown elimination processes. •    Drive equipment reliability and maintenance cost optimization. •    Participate in loss elimination and problem-solving initiatives. •    Manage maintenance backlog, work orders, and planned downtime execution. •    Ensure availability of technical documentation and spare parts. •    Develop maintenance standards and improvement plans. •    Coach and develop technical capabilities of team members. •    Ensure compliance with safety, quality, and maintenance standards.

Qualifications •    Technical degree or vocational qualification. •    At least 3 years of manufacturing maintenance experience. •    Experience in troubleshooting industrial equipment. •    Strong planning, problem-solving, and leadership skills. •    Basic English communication skills. •    Proficiency in Microsoft Office.
