As a Technical Program Manager at Google, you’ll use your technical expertise to lead complex, multi-disciplinary projects from start to finish. You're equally comfortable explaining your team's analyses and recommendations to executives as you are discussing the technical tradeoffs in product development with engineers. The Contextual Search team’s mission is to grow Search by unlocking the power of visual and contextual understanding to answer user questions, making context a default part of the Search experience. Drive the end-to-end roadmaps for contextual search experiences across search and chrome product areas. Leverage AI tools to solve program problems and improve team efficiency and efficacy. Introduce new processes, best practices, and playbooks to continuously improve and scale development in a measurable way. Collaborate closely with teams across search and chrome ensuring coordinated timelines, dependencies, and deliverables. Develop a deep understanding of the technical landscape of your programs, enabling you to partner closely with engineering to proactively identify and resolve blockers and escalate issues when necessary.

Minimum qualifications: Bachelor's degree in a technical field, or equivalent practical experience. 5 years of experience in program management. Experience integrating generative AI tools or Large Language Model (LLM) interfaces into workflows. Experience with product lifecycle management. Preferred qualifications: 5 years of experience managing cross-functional or cross-team projects. Experience with AI algorithms.
