Establish thought leadership: Develop differentiated points of view on migrate-first strategies, continuous modernization, legacy and VMware transformation, cloud economics, AI-assisted modernization, and operating-model change for mid-market customers. Represent the practice externally: Publish articles and research-backed perspectives; speak at customer, analyst, industry, and AWS events; lead webinars and roundtables; and build relationships with CIO, CTO, CISO, infrastructure, application, and operations leaders. Turn delivery outcomes into growth assets: Capture customer references, case studies, quantified benefits, patterns, and lessons learned to improve credibility, cross-sell, repeatability, and win rates. Serve as senior technical sponsor: Lead executive technology discussions, architecture workshops, modernization roadmaps, and technical decision-making for priority customers and strategic pursuits. Scale migration and modernization factories: Establish repeatable assessment, wave-planning, automation, cutover, testing, validation, and post-migration optimization methods. Ensure delivery readiness: Set clear scope, architecture, staffing, pricing assumptions, acceptance criteria, dependencies, risks, and measurable outcomes before handoff. Develop technical talent: Build capability frameworks, certification paths, communities of practice, and
