MAC Specialist

These include world-class licensed process technologies, differentiated advisory services, deep technical domain expertise, energy transition solutions, high-end design and engineering capabilities, and smart solutions to optimize planned and operating assets."   KBR is looking for MAC Specialist for ADNOC PMC project to be based in Abu Dhabi - UAE.   ROLES & RESPONSIBILITIES:   ·       Act as PMC focal point for all Monitoring, Automation, and Control system activities across the project lifecycle. ·       Review and approve engineering deliverables related to ICSS, DCS, PLC, SCADA, ESD, F&G, Instrumentation, and telecommunications systems. ·       Monitor EPC Contractor performance and ensure compliance with project requirements, specifications, and international standards. ·       Coordinate interfaces between Automation, Electrical, Instrumentation, Telecom, Cybersecurity, and Operations disciplines. ·       Review system architecture, control philosophies, cause & effect matrices, logic diagrams, network configurations, and software applications. ·       Evaluate and approve vendor documents, technical submittals, material requisitions, and package vendor designs. ·       Participate in HAZOP, SIL assessments, FAT, SAT, IFAT, and integrated system testing activities. ·       Ensure compliance with cybersecurity standards and digital asset management requirements. ·       Provide technical support during installation, commissioning, start-up, and performance testing. ·       Identify project risks, technical issues, and opportunities for optimization and recommend mitigation measures. ·       Verify contractor adherence to quality, safety, and schedule requirements. ·       Support project digitalization initiatives, including real-time monitoring, data integration, predictive analytics, and smart asset solutions. ·       Coordinate with operations and maintenance teams to ensure system operability and maintainability. ·       Prepare technical reports, progress updates, and management presentations     Minimum Qualifications ·       Bachelor's Degree in Instrumentation Engineering, Electronics Engineering, Electrical Engineering, Automation Engineering, or related discipline. ·       Professional certifications in Automation, Control Systems, Cybersecurity, or Digitalization are advantageous. ·       Membership in recognized engineering institutions is preferred. ·         Experience Requirements ·       Minimum 15+ years of experience in oil & gas, petrochemical, LNG, or offshore projects. ·       Minimum 5 years in a PMC, EPC, or Owner's Engineer role. ·       Proven experience in automation and control system design, implementation, and commissioning. ·       Experience with major control systems such as Honeywell, Yokogawa, Emerson, ABB, Siemens, Schneider Electric, or Rockwell Automation. ·       Experience in FEED, Detailed Engineering, Construction Support, and Commissioning phases.     Interested and suitable candidates please apply for the role.
