A Senior Business Analyst is responsible for analyzing the business domain and outlining business requirements to deliver the design of a Digital Product. They work with Product Owners to understand the specific business requirements coming from internal stakeholders and participate in the Digital Product System Development Lifecycle; from the idea, developing the Digital Product high level technical solution.

WHAT IS NEEDED TO SUCCEED IN THIS ROLE?

• University degree or equivalent experience with certificates in Agile at Scale (SAFe), Agile

• High effectiveness working in cross-functional teams

• Proven experience in overseeing all elements of the product development lifecycle

• Knowledge of B2C and Omnichannel environment (O2C and commercial knowledge across channels and markets)

• Knowledge of release management, product management and governance

• Knowledge of IT tools/ apps such as Salesforce, Adobe, SAP Hybris, SAP CAR, SAP Retail, Cegid Point of Sales
