As a People Partner Intern, you'll work on meaningful projects that support our People team's strategy—bringing insights, operations, and collaboration together to create a thriving workplace!
This role is based in our New York office, with in-person attendance expected at least 3 days per week.

What you'll do
• Support key PeopleX initiatives, including business support and program delivery
• Analyze employee feedback, operational data, and program outcomes to surface trends and opportunities
• Partner with COEs across PX and the business to solve challenging people-related problems
• Contribute to a strong, inclusive employee experience by helping deliver meaningful internal programs
What you bring
• Currently enrolled in a full-time undergraduate or graduate program, ideally in Business, Human Resources, Organizational Behavior, or a related field; prior HR experience (internship, co-op, or similar) preferred
• Curious and energized by a fast-paced environment centered on learning and contributing
• Organized and detail-oriented, with a knack for project coordination
• Strong written and verbal communication skills; comfortable collaborating across teams
• Familiarity with Workday and Google Suite is a plus
