As a Project Manager Project Management on our Corporate team, you'll play a vital part in building the frameworks, relationships, and processes that keep Infineon's Business thriving. Are you in? Your role Key responsibilities in your new role Support the CRO in R&D strategy development, planning, and execution. Prepare management reports, presentations, and decision-support materials. Drive strategic initiatives and continuous improvement programs. Support the development of the local R&D ecosystem in alignment with Infineon's interests and strategy. Facilitate collaboration across R&D teams in Melaka and within Infineon Malaysia. Coordinate management meetings, reviews, and follow-up actions. Support funding initiatives. Ensure alignment of local R&D priorities with Infineon's overall strategy. Your profile Qualifications and skills to help you succeed Strong analytical and problem-solving skills, with the ability to translate complex information into actionable recommendations. Proven experience in preparing executive-level presentations, management reports, and decision-support materials. Strong stakeholder management and communication skills, with experience engaging across functions and organizational levels. Good understanding of strategic planning, performance management, and organizational development. Proficient in Microsoft PowerPoint and Excel; knowledge of Power BI is an advantage.
