Batchmaker - Day Shift

This position will pre-batch, incorporate and blend raw materials, following detailed processing instructions for the purpose of creating a batch of industrial or architectural caulk. The incumbent has responsibility for the compositional correctness of the batch to be processed.

Schedule: Day Shift 5:30am - 5:30pm Rotating Weekly Schedule: 48 hour week (Monday, Tuesday, Friday, Saturday) & 36 hour week (Sunday, Wednesday, Thursday) This position is also eligible for bonus based on performance and subject to the terms of the Company’s applicable plans. Job duties include contact with other employees, operating heavy machinery, and access to proprietary information, raw materials, finished merchandise, and/or other items of value, and such access may be supervised or unsupervised.
