Contract Manager (Accenture LLP; Mountain View, CA): Accenture LLP has multiple openings for the position of Contract Manager in Mountain View, CA, and the job duties are as follows: Liaise with account leadership, client, commercial and business stakeholders to understand client contract needs and priorities, and support account strategy, objectives, and opportunities. Manage, mentor, and develop contract management supporting team members taking responsibility for all performance management activities. Responsible for identification, escalation and resolution of commercial and contract risks and issues working with leadership to ensure the best outcome for all parties. Support pre-award sales activities, assist with deal shaping, negotiate commercial and contractual outcomes with sales teams and business leadership, including contract drafting support. Build trusted relationships with internal and external clients. Review and manage contractual obligations of the parties and provides continual review to ensure that all terms and conditions are met. Prepare and disseminate information regarding contract status, compliance, modifications, etc. Act as the primary contact between the project team and/or business unit and Legal, ensuring that all legal and contractual matters are addressed efficiently and promptly.
BASIC QUALIFICATIONS
Must have a bachelor’s degree in Finance, Management, Business Administration, Legal Studies, Pre-Law, Political Science, or a related field, plus 5 years of progressive post-baccalaureate experience in Contract Management. Must have 5 years of experience in each of the following: Managing complex projects with a large cross-border team to ensure contract compliance and risk mitigation; Supporting compliance in regulatory, tax, trade, and data privacy policies; Building relationships and governance with internal business teams and clients; Collaborating with internal or external client executives to influence and drive key commercial decisions and negotiate contracts; Reviewing and negotiating complex commercial contract regulations, focusing on force majeure, dispute resolution, and payment terms; Drafting commercial terms conditions for clients and subcontractors; and Implementing contract lifecycle management principles.
