Principal Attorney

As a Principal Attorney at Honeywell, you will serve as a trusted legal advisor, partnering with strategic business leaders providing proactive legal support across commercial legal matters. You will play a key role in reviewing, drafting, and negotiating complex commercial agreements, supporting business leaders throughout the contract lifecycle, and helping drive successful commercial outcomes while effectively managing legal risk. You will report directly to our VP& General Counsel LATAM, and you’ll work out of our Barueri, São Paulo location on a Hybrid work schedule.
