Security Engineering Manager, Security Operations & Incident Response

Meta's security team drives data and system security across the company. We work across all parts of the company, from corporate infrastructure to production to external services, interfacing with nearly every team in the company.

We are looking for a Security Engineering Manager with experience supporting teams of engineers and analysts who focus on the identification, investigation, containment, and mitigation of security incidents. The manager will be part of the Global Security Operations and Incident Response team and will be working alongside cross-functional partners to protect the company from internal and external threats as well as enabling the team to continuously scale security operations and response capabilities and services. You will support and help grow a team of investigators and responders, help set long term, sustainable and resilient multi-year roadmaps and grow the team's service portfolio while driving strategic initiatives to mature the capabilities of the team to scale across Meta's infrastructure.
