As the Documentation Administrator with Spanish (12 months) in Cluj-Napoca you will manage all Sales Office documentation and ensure customer requirements are met accurately and on schedule. Acting as the single point of contact (SPOC) for all documentation matters, you will oversee the process from initiation through to closure and post-delivery if needed. You will ensure that all requested documents are properly stored, easily accessible, and released appropriately reviewing blueprints, drawings, and engineering files to support manufacturing and other departments.
