Role Summary The Senior Product Specialist is responsible for driving the commercialization, monetization, and operational scaling of AI-powered products and services. The role bridges product strategy, commercial execution, and business process automation to ensure efficient Opportunity-to-Invoice (O2I) execution and a seamless customer experience. WHAT YOU'LL BUILD
Define and execute AI monetization strategies, including packaging, pricing, licensing, consumption, and subscription models. Drive commercialization of AI capabilities across customer-facing offerings. Design and optimize automated business processes supporting the end-to-end O2I lifecycle. Partner with Product Management, Engineering, Sales, Finance, Legal, and Operations to ensure scalable commercial readiness. Identify automation opportunities that improve efficiency, reduce manual effort, and enhance customer outcomes. Monitor adoption, revenue performance, operational KPIs, and customer value realization. Support go-to-market planning, business case development, and commercial governance. Ensure compliance with enterprise policies, AI governance requirements, and commercial standards
WHAT YOU BRING
Strong experience in product management, product operations, or commercial product strategy. Demonstrated expertise in AI-based products, digital platforms, or intelligent automation solutions. Knowledge of monetization models, pricing strategies, and commercial processes. Experience with Opportunity-to-Invoice (O2I), quote-to-cash, or related business processes. Strong stakeholder management and cross-functional collaboration skills. Analytical mindset with experience using data to drive business decisions. Excellent communication and presentation skills. Preferred Qualifications Experience in enterprise software or cloud business models. Familiarity with AI governance, automation platforms, and process optimization frameworks. Experience leading cross-functional transformation initiatives.
