Job Duties and Responsibilities Candidates must be willing to participate in at least one in-person interview:   The Senior SEO Lead drives organic growth across traditional search engines and generative AI platforms to elevate digital presence and brand visibility. Sitting in the Denver office, this role bridges the gap between technical site health and compelling content strategy through cross-functional collaboration. This position solves complex challenges around modern discoverability, technical crawlability, and search performance optimization to increase organic traffic and conversions.   What Success Looks Like (Objectives): Lead and champion SEO and Answer Engine Optimization (AEO) strategies designed to enhance discoverability across traditional search engines and AI platforms Oversee content workflows and the company blog to maximize visibility across both search and generative AI engines Fine-tune metadata, on-page copy, landing pages, and site architecture to boost traffic and conversion rates Deliver technical SEO guidance—including redirect mapping, canonicalization, and crawler directives—by partnering closely with web development teams Leverage enterprise SEO tools and AI observability platforms to perform continuous keyword research and competitive intelligence Monitor, analyze, and report on key performance metrics to uncover new opportunities and fuel ongoing growth Skills, Experience and Requirements Core Skills and Competencies (What you'll bring): AI Application and Literacy in leveraging modern AI search observability tools alongside enterprise platforms Deep proficiency with enterprise search engines, SEO software, and marketing analytics platforms Critical Experience leading comprehensive organic search strategy and driving technical site optimization Strong skills in cross-functional collaboration and delivering technical guidance to web development teams Capability to juggle multiple complex initiatives independently in a fast-paced setting Excellent written and verbal communication skills with the ability to influence cross-functional stakeholders   Additional Qualifications: Experience collaborating with, guiding, or managing copywriters and content production teams Strong hands-on editing and writing capabilities   Minimum Requirements: Minimum Education: Bachelor’s degree in business or related field Minimum Experience: 5+ years of hands-on SEO experience Required Technical Skills: Must have at least 5 years of experience with: Enterprise SEO tools (e.g., SEMrush, Ahrefs) Web and marketing analytics tools (e.g., Google Analytics, Adobe Analytics) Technical SEO directive mapping and site architecture optimization   Visa sponsorship not available for this role Salary Ranges Compensation: $83,950.00/Year - $119,900.00/Year Benefits We offer versatile health perks, including flexible spending accounts, HSA, a 401(k) Plan with company match, ESPP, career opportunities, and a flexible time away plan; all benefits can be viewed here: EchoStar Benefits .   The base pay range shown is a guideline.
