Senior Technical Trainer Location & Coverage: APAC coverage / Primarily based at the Giheung Training Center (approx. 70–80%), with regular travel to the Shanghai Training Center (approx. one week per quarter) Training Language: English Portfolio: Primarily Electron Microscopy – approx. 80% SEM, with the remaining 20% covering TEM, FIB-SEM, Mass Spectrometry, and other related technologies Preferred Experience: Experience with analytical instruments is preferred DESCRIPTION: As a Senior Customer Service Training Specialist at Thermo Fisher Scientific, you'll contribute to deliver high-quality training programs that support our customers and internal teams. You'll participate on creation educational content and support training initiatives across our product portfolios, from analytical instruments to laboratory solutions. In this collaborative environment, you'll work with cross-functional teams to design and implement comprehensive training strategies that enhance customer experience and drive success. This role combines technical expertise with facilitation skills to deliver learning solutions through multiple modalities, including workshops, virtual sessions, and e-learning platforms.
