You will work with brand guidelines, style guides, libraries, creative briefs and marketing campaign materials, while ensuring that deliverables meet business needs, quality expectations, internal standards and relevant external regulations. The role requires strong attention to detail, effective workflow management and close collaboration with cross-functional stakeholders in a fast-paced creative environment. Roles & Responsibilities Produce accurate, high-quality artwork for omnichannel outputs using appropriate software, tools, techniques and materials; ensure deliverables satisfy creative briefs and business requirements. Identify errors or discrepancies and execute corrections efficiently to ensure artwork meets required quality and brand standards. Ensure artwork complies with internal policies, brand standards, campaign requirements and relevant external regulations; escalate complex matters as appropriate. Interpret design briefs and style guides and translate requirements into creative content, marketing assets and artwork. Use relevant tools, technologies and production processes to manage tasks, maintain attention to detail, meet deadlines, delegate where appropriate and prioritise multiple projects. Maintain effective relationships within and outside the team, understand stakeholder needs and constraints, and collaborate in the best interests of the organisation. Proactively identify production issues and opportunities, and recommend improvements that increase process efficiency and effectiveness. Maintain awareness of new design technologies, methodologies and industry trends relevant to artwork delivery and production. Professional & Technical Skills Must To Have Skills: Proficiency in graphic artistry and the creation of artwork using appropriate creative design software, tools and techniques. Detailed understanding of concepts, processes and systems related to graphic artistry and artwork production. Experience producing artwork in a fast-paced creative environment and managing high volumes of work while maintaining quality control and attention to detail. Ability to interpret creative briefs, brand guidelines and style guides and convert requirements into accurate creative assets. Experience working with multiple cross-functional teams and a diverse range of stakeholders, including negotiating, advising and influencing where required. Strong work and time-management skills, with the ability to manage multiple projects and priorities at once. Adaptability and resilience in an environment of changing needs, high volume and pace. Creative and lateral thinking, with a commitment to innovation, collaboration and continuous improvement.
