The Job: As the Senior Analyst Financial Systems, you’ll be part of our Financial Systems team working as a remote employee. You’ll get to: Support the design, implementation, and continuous improvement of the configurable controls framework across SAP CFIN, S/4HANA, and core ERP platforms. Develop and execute detailed test plans for configurable controls and align testing approaches with internal control and audit requirements. Assist in the design and maintenance of a configurable controls inventory embedded within CFIN / S/4HANA process designs, including Record-to-Report, Order-to-Cash, Purchase-to-Pay, Treasury, Financial Close, Materials Management, and Plant Maintenance. Analyze proposed process designs to identify control gaps, risks, and improvement opportunities, and collaborate with stakeholders to resolve them. Participate in design, implementation, and UAT activities with a focus on controls verification and alignment to global standards. Lead or support workshops with business and process owners to understand system usage scenarios and develop controls validation procedures. Identify opportunities to automate controls-related activities and improve the efficiency and sustainability of monitoring processes. Leverage SAP and other enterprise data to support controls analysis, issue identification, trend monitoring, and process improvement opportunities. Collaborate with Controls and Compliance, Internal Audit, and External Audit teams to support audit readiness, documentation quality, and reliance objectives. Communicate findings, recommendations, and risks clearly to stakeholders across multiple levels of the organization. Extensive experience in Finance, Accounting, Information Systems, Internal Controls, or a related area. Experience with SAP internal controls, including risk and control concepts, financial compliance initiatives, and automated controls such as SAP configuration and reporting. Good to have experience with SAP CFIN and/or S/4HANA implementations. Good to have experience with SAP GRC Process Controls and/or continuous monitoring capabilities.
