As a Dispute Resolver,  you’ll be responsible for partnering with Sales, Credit & Collections, Cash Applications, Logistics, and Pricing teams as part of investigation, resolution, and problem-solving. What you’ll do Monitoring large volume of Disputes according to process and customer agreed disputability windows Identify issues /accounts driving high volume disputes and recommend/coordinate resolutions Validate appropriate data from internal and third party systems and ensure appropriate course of action Investigate and gather all relevant information through to resolution Research problems, recognize patterns/root causes and recommend and coordinate resolutions working closely with other teams where necessary to promote error prevention More about you Strong coordination and communication skills Proactive Lean practitioner/problem solver leveraging standard practices and encourages cooperation across boundaries Process driven with excellent time and project management skills Intermediate to advanced skills with spreadsheets, databases, pivot tables and data query logic Ability to analyze information, think through difficult problems, and make critical decisions based on limited information Analytical and data driven decision maker Ability to perform well under pressure Promotes a positive and engaging environment Fluent in Spanish and English BA/BS required #LI-MA1 Everything we’ll do for you You can grow a lasting career here.
