AI Workforce Specialist - Federal Government and Law Enforcement

As an AI Workforce Specialist for the Federal Government, you will be a senior individual contributor responsible for driving digital transformation and customer success through Microsoft’s cloud solutions. You will lead strategic engagements, develop deep customer relationships, and orchestrate cross-functional teams to deliver business value. This role requires a understanding of government relations, industry trends, customer challenges, and Microsoft’s solution portfolio to effectively position, demonstrate  Responsibilities Lead customer engagements to identify business needs and align Microsoft solutions. Develop and execute account plans to drive adoption and consumption of Microsoft technologies. Collaborate with technical specialists, customer success managers, and partners to deliver value. Demonstrate real examples of Copilot for government departments Stay current on industry trends and Microsoft product innovations. Provide feedback to product teams to influence roadmap and improve customer experience. Capabilities and Skills Strategic Thinking: Ability to understand customer needs and align solutions to business outcomes. Federal Government relationships: A deep understand of the Canadian federal government with existing relationships across departments Technical Expertise: Deep knowledge of Microsoft cloud technologies and industry-specific solutions with a focus on Microsoft Copilot Communication:  presentation, negotiation, and interpersonal skills. Collaboration: Proven ability to work across teams and influence stakeholders. Sales Acumen: Experience in solution selling and driving revenue growth.

Required/minimum qualifications Bachelor's Degree in Computer Science, Information Technology, Business Administration, Information Security, Information Security, or related field AND 4+ years experience in technology-related sales or account management OR equivalent experience. Additional or preferred qualifications Master's Degree in Business Administration (i.e., MBA), Information Technology, Information Security, or related field AND 6+ years experience in technology-related sales or account management OR Bachelor's Degree in Computer Science, Information Technology, Business Administration, Information Security, or related field AND 8+ years experience in technology-related sales or account management OR equivalent experience. 4+ years solution or services sales experience. Experience working with or selling to Public Sector and or Law enforcement.  Understanding of Federal Government departmental landscape with existing relationships. Proven track record of achieving sales targets and driving customer success. Knowledge of Microsoft cloud solutions and competitive landscape. Ability to travel as needed to meet with customers and partners.     Solution Area Specialists IC4 - The typical base pay range for this role across Canada is CAD $103,500 - CAD $170,700 per year.
