Job Description
Job Summary: The Site Manager will be responsible for the management and control of personal and activities on site to ensure optimal service support. The Site Manager will ensure all operational requirement of the Contract on site are delivered in timely manner to maintain high customer satisfaction. The Site Manager will be responsible to manage compliance of Quality, Safety and Maintenance standards applicable to Airbus and Customer Standards. The Site Manager will lead a team of experienced maintenance technicians. List of responsibilities: ● Comply with all Aviation, Safety, Quality and Export Control Regulations and Procedures ● Comply with all Airbus Helicopters Management Systems, Policies and Regulations ● Manage, assign and control the site maintenance team duties ● Provide monthly reporting on operations KPIs, and performance on site to management ● Monitor and track operational issues and provide status updates on corrections to management as requested ● Ensure satisfactory performance of both scheduled and unscheduled maintenance within a customer environment ● Apply the highest Quality and Safety standards in managing the site operations ● Report any and all incidents to the Program Manager, Operations Support Manager and Quality and Safety Department ● Manage all daily preventive, corrective, servicing and routine maintenance works required ● Manage a team of technicians to effectively inspect, maintain, operate, repair, troubleshoot and service helicopter systems satisfactorily ● Perform duties as assigned by the Program Manager to ensure that all the work are completed to as per the planned schedule ● Verify that the aircraft status regarding scheduled tasks and deferred items is updated, the aircraft condition is serviceable and sign the Release to Service of the aircraft ● Ensure that all work performed is recorded on the appropriate documentations and signed for as required by the appropriate AHA Management System ● Ensure the correct use, control, and return of aircraft parts and materials ● Ensure that all work is completed on time, on cost and on quality to meet the requirements Airbus ● Evaluate performance team and provide feedback to management as requested ● Communicate Safety, Quality and Process updates to team on site ● Train personnel on the use of maintenance manuals ● Train personnel in all safety directives and FOD procedures ● Other duties as assigned This job requires an awareness of any potential compliance risks and a commitment to act with integrity, as the foundation for the Company’s success, reputation and sustainable growth.
