The Manager is a core member of the Health Care Compliance (HCC) Risk Management Solutions, Compliance Data Management, Analytics, and Reporting team, reporting to the Director, Global Transparency Reporting. The responsibilities and the impact YOU will have: Transparency Reporting Governance and Operations · Manage end‑to‑end execution of global transparency reporting activities, including planning, data collection, validation, submission, and post‑submission corrections, ensuring compliance with all laws, regulations, and industry code requirements at both the regional and local/country level. · Lead governance processes through the development and maintenance of reporting methodologies, control frameworks, risk assessments, audit readiness activities, and remediation plans. · Provide leadership and oversight for complex reporting activities, reconciliations, data quality reviews, and remediation efforts. People Leadership & Capability Development · Lead, coach, and develop a high-performing team through effective goal setting, performance management, succession planning, and career development. · Ensure appropriate workload balance, resource allocation, and workforce planning to support business objectives. · Build and/or sustain the reporting and compliance skills, technical capability and business acumen of the team.
