Logistics Process Analyst The Opportunity: As a Logistics Process Analyst supporting Expeditionary Logistics, you will help organizational and continuously improve business processes of current and future logistics requirements. Your work will provide process analysis as organizations refocusing on the future operating environment envisioned in concepts and a rapidly changing current operations tempo. Future logistics operations will involve the continued integration of capabilities to meet the challenge of seamlessly integrating the needs of the warfighters today with the capabilities required and develop ing efforts and support required to improve capabilities and lethality by improving expeditionary logistics processes in support of evolving requirements and concepts. In this role, you'll analyze existing business processes, identify opportunities for improvement, document future-state workflows, coordinate implementation activities, and help mature operations through process optimization, automation, and responsible use of technologies and evolving logistics capabilities. Your work will prioritize quality and consistency while helping the team deliver logistics capabilities more quickly, improve adoption, and reduce unnecessary manual effort. Your ability to organize complex information, collaborate across teams, and translate business needs into practical operational solutions will directly improve how logistics delivers capabilities. Due to the nature of work performed within government facility, U.S. citizen ship is required and secret clearance or the ability to obtain is required. You Have:   3+ years of experience in continuous process improvement ( CPI ) , organizational consult ing, theory of constraints ( TOC ) , and business processes analysis Experience with Lean Six Sigma ( LSS ) met hods and modeling Experience in documenting processes and supporting identification of opportunities for further integration of processes Experience facilitating and documenting CPI initiative efforts with specific emphasis on LSS focused efforts Experience providing project met hodologies, facilitation, charters, plans of action and milestones ( POA & Ms ) and project monitoring, tracking and return on investment ( ROI ) documentation Ability to collaborate and deliver products under conditions of high operational tempo, frequently adjusting priorities and in flux requirements on time Ability to interface effectively with senior members of external organizations to develop and support technical positions, and justify technical recommendations Ability to obtain a Secret clearance HS diploma or GED Nice If You Have:   Experience in logistics or supply chain management Experience in Marine Corps or Naval Expeditionary Logistics Possession of excellent customer service and interpersonal skills Possession of excellent verbal and written communication skills Secret clearance Bachelor’s degree Lean Six Sigma certification s Clearance:   Applicants selected will be subject to a security investigation and may need to meet eligibility requirements for access to classified information .
