The impact you’ll make
As Business Operations Director, you will serve as the strategic business partner to GP&O and Order Execution leadership across Asia, supporting teams and operations in India, Taiwan, Korea, and Malaysia. You will lead business operations across strategy execution, business planning, organizational effectiveness, performance management, governance, and transformation initiatives. Working across Manufacturing, Supply Chain, Logistics, Finance, HR, and Global Operations, you will drive alignment between business objectives and execution priorities while helping scale capabilities across a rapidly growing regional organization. This role is critical to driving operating rigor, accelerating decision-making, improving organizational performance, and enabling Asia Order Execution to deliver on customer commitments and strategic growth objectives. What you’ll do
Partner with GP&O and Order Execution leadership across Asia to drive strategic priorities, operational objectives, and business results. Lead annual operating plans, headcount planning, workforce strategies, organizational design, and growth readiness activities across India, Taiwan, Korea, and Malaysia. Establish and manage regional operating rhythms, executive reviews, governance forums, scorecards, and KPI reporting to improve visibility, accountability, and execution. Drive cross-functional initiatives that improve customer delivery performance, operational effectiveness, organizational scalability, and execution excellence. Monitor key business, workforce, customer, and operational metrics; identify risks and drive mitigation plans across the region. Lead organizational effectiveness initiatives, including workforce planning, leadership alignment, succession planning, talent development, and change management. Facilitate alignment across site leaders and global stakeholders to ensure consistent execution and prioritization of resources. Prepare executive communications, business reviews, strategic updates, and recommendations for senior leadership. Champion continuous improvement, operational excellence, and transformation initiatives that enhance speed, quality, efficiency, and decision velocity. Who we’re looking for
Bachelor's degree in Business, Engineering, Supply Chain, Operations, Finance, or a related field; MBA preferred. 10+ years of experience in business operations, strategy, manufacturing operations, program management, supply chain, consulting, or related disciplines. 5+ years of leadership experience supporting executives in a global, matrixed organization. Strong business acumen with experience driving strategic planning, organizational effectiveness, business performance management, and operational execution. Demonstrated success leading complex cross-functional initiatives and influencing outcomes without direct authority. Experience facilitating executive operating reviews, organizational planning, business governance, and performance management processes. Strong analytical, financial, and problem-solving skills with the ability to synthesize complex information into actionable insights. Exceptional executive communication, stakeholder management, and influencing capabilities. Proven ability to navigate ambiguity, balance competing priorities, and drive alignment across diverse stakeholder groups and geographies. Preferred qualifications
Semiconductor or advanced manufacturing industry experience. Experience supporting global manufacturing operations, factory ramps, site start-ups, or
