About this role
Senior Talent Acquisition Partner
Location: Hybrid in New York City (3 day in-office requirement)
Qualifications
• 5-8+ years of experience as a Talent Acquisition Partner, ideally in-house at a fintech or payments technology company, is your foundation.
• Hiring across departments and levels, from individual contributors to senior leadership, is part of your track record.
• You love Sourcing, infusing dedicated structured blocks of time each week to proactively source and headhunt passive candidates through channels like LinkedIn Recruiter, Boolean search, and networking, building strong pipelines independent of inbound applicant flow.
• Proven track record of managing multiple full-cycle searches simultaneously while maintaining a high-touch, responsive candidate experience at every stage of the process.
• Clear, persuasive communication helps you build trust quickly with candidates, hiring managers, and stakeholders alike.
• Structured and detail-oriented by nature, you follow processes while always looking for ways to improve it.
• A genuine drive to build diverse talent pipelines shapes how you think strategically about long-term team composition, not just filling seats.
Bonus points
• Experience recruiting within a B2B payments company
• Experience partnering with and recruiting for a global team (especially across US and Israel time zones)
• Experience working with Greenhouse & Ashby.
A day in the life and how you’ll make an impact:
• As a strategic advisor to hiring managers, you'll shape role scope, competency frameworks, and interview plans before a requisition even opens.
• Full-cycle recruitment for complex, business-critical roles across Go-to-Market, Customer Experience, Operations, Risk, Payments, and Legal will be yours to own.
• Creative sourcing strategies, encompassing deep LinkedIn searches, social platforms, networking, and direct outreach to help you reach active and passive talent alike.
• Structured, rigorous candidate assessments are how you'll evaluate for both capability and values fit.
• From sourcing and screening through scheduling, interviews, offers, and close, you'll manage the full pipeline end-to-end with a relentless focus on candidate experience.
• You will keep candidates and hiring managers informed and engaged at every stage, with accurate, up-to-date records throughout the process.
• Cross-functional partnership is how you'll help build and refine recruiting strategy, process, and best practices that scale with the company.
• Clean, reliable data in Greenhouse and/or Ashby will be your responsibility, tracking KPIs and surfacing insights for leadership.
• As priorities and hiring needs shift, you'll flex with the business and help the team adapt without losing momentum.
