Finance Operations Manager

Manages and supports the planning and analysis function to include the annual plan, quarterly forecasts and capital submissions, monthly operating reviews, marketing analysis, labor analysis, and other operating analysis as needed. Responsible for the preparation and presentation of internal financial analysis to executive staff. Creates and implements financial models used in analysis of capital and operating expenditures for the property. Acts as a role model to other employees and always presents oneself as a credit to Caesars and encourages others to do the same.
