The Senior Manager of Field Operations will coordinate and oversee the daily operational logistics, on-site execution, and team workflows for College Sports. This hands-on leadership role focuses on implementing operational procedures, supervising field staff, and facilitating direct coordination between internal departments, external vendors, and event stakeholders. The Operations Manager will manage day-to-day event logistics to ensure seamless execution and maximize operational efficiency.  A SNAPSHOT OF YOUR RESPONSIBILITIES Provide strategic leadership for end-to-end operations, logistics, and execution of College Sports properties and other assigned events, ensuring alignment with organizational objectives and production priorities Lead end to end operations and logistics for College properties and any other assigned events Create season plans including facility scheduling, manpower allocation, and vendor coordination Create and manage crew grids for all events Liaise with Field Technical and Operations Managers during the event to support their needs Work with production and coordinating producer for all sports assigned Be involved in the budget process for all sports assigned Build and maintain relationships with vendors, schools, conferences, venues, and key external stakeholders to support operational success and strategic business objectives. Pursuant to state and local pay disclosure requirements, the pay rate/range for this role, with final offer amount dependent on education, skills, experience, and location is $114,000.00-133,000.00 annually for high cost labour markets such as but not limited to New York City and Los Angeles, $95,000.00-110,800.00 annually for all other US locations. This role is also eligible for an annual discretionary bonus, various benefits, including medical/dental/vision, insurance, a 401(k) plan, paid time off, and other benefits in accordance with applicable plan documents.
