As Sales Operations Intern , you will support the team with the analysis and reporting of sales-related data. You will contribute to the creation of custom reports, conduct quantitative product and sales analysis, support sales campaigns and tools, and help assess future needs and data quality. You will be an integral link between the headquarter and the local sales organizations as well as the marketing, product, customer service, IT and supply chain departments. You will support the team to ensure that all the necessary reports, information and processes are in place for the successful achievement of business and sales plans. How you'll make a difference Get ready to make an impact! Here’s what you’ll be responsible for joining our team as Sales Operations Intern : Support management and sales force with regular and ad hoc business analysis and reporting, including stock lists, reorders, preseason, cancellations, orderbook tracking and shipments analysis. Provide support for sales forecasting, strategic planning, account planning and other sales management processes. Provide support for sales campaign setup and execution. Provide distribution analysis and maintain and improve customer classification information in the systems. Coordinate reports with other departments, including Planning, Customer Service and Credit, supporting the creation of requested reports. You’re curious, analytical, and ready to roll up your sleeves to support a wide range of Sales Operations activities. We are looking for someone who brings: A proactive, self-starting attitude, with the ability to adapt quickly and take ownership of tasks in a dynamic setting. Strong knowledge of Microsoft Excel, including VLOOKUP and Pivot Tables. Working knowledge of AI tools (e.g., Copilot, ChatGPT, AI-assisted analytics) is a plus Analytical and problem-solving skills Good communication skills in English Flawless attention to detail and the ability to stay on track Good interpersonal skills with the ability to work independently and within a team environment Ability to plan your own work, prioritize workload and meet deadlines.
